The ANMF Tasmanian Branch, following the direction of members working at the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) Emergency Department (ED), lodged an application with the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) seeking a resolution to our members long standing workplace concerns.

Members have been advocating for their concerns via the “Bring Your Own Bed” campaign. This application has been received by the TIC and the first conference to hear this dispute is scheduled on Friday 5 April 2019 at 0930 hours.

The ANMF will conduct a report back members meeting following this hearing to discuss the outcomes of the TIC and take further direction from members.
