DESCRIPTION:This session is designed to build your confidence and give you practical tools to lead in your workplace\, represent your colleagues\, and help achieve strong outcomes!\nIn this training session\, we will focus on:\n\nRunning successful campaigns\nStrengthening your negotiation skills\nBuilding your confidence as a Delegate and leader\nEmpowering yourself and your colleagues\n\nThis session is designed for experienced ANMF Workplace Delegates who have completed both ‘Back to Basics’ and ‘Advancing Your Role’ training. However\, completion of these courses is not a prerequisite.
