ANMF met with members to hear their concerns in relation to their current workload demands. ANMF have raised these concerns with management on behalf of members, and we look forward to supporting our members through this process with the hope of gaining some positive outcomes for the service.
The Launceston General Hospital has proposed changes to the existing on call roster at the Angiography suite at the LGH. The ANMF met with members of the Angio suite on 14th April 2016 to discuss these changes and hear member concerns. The ANMF will continue to advocate for and support members through this process.
The ANMF have been extensively involved with the CHaPS nurses looking to resolve current work load issues and their lack of direct administrative support. ANMF held their first meeting with ANMF representatives from the wards at the LGH with great attendance. It was excellent to meet with such a passionate number of ANMF reps, some great discussions were had and we look forward to working with you all closely through out 2016.
