  • Who is eligible for the program?
    All full paying ANMF members including Associate and Life Members. Students, keep an eye out for changes in the future.
  • What do I do if I haven’t received my welcome letter?
    By now all members should have received their welcome letters in the post. If you haven’t, please get in touch with ANMF Reception on (03) 6223 6777 or 1800 001 241 (if outside Hobart) to check that your contact information is up-to-date. It is important you do this ASAP, we don’t want you to miss out on receiving your voucher handbook in June!
  • What do I do with my old card?
    The new ANMF member card replaces the need for any other previous ANMF card.

  • What does the ‘valid to’ date on my new card mean?
    This is the expiry date for the 2017 Member Benefits Program. Every twelve months from December, for the life of the program, you will receive a new card. This date is in no way connected to your ANMF membership.

  • When will I get my voucher handbook?
    Not long now! You will receive the much-anticipated ANMF voucher handbook in the post next month. Here you will find handy information about ANMF Tasmanian Branch as well as 42 exclusive vouchers. If your details have changed in the last few months we encourage you to get in touch with ANMF Reception on (03) 6223 6777 or 1800 001 241 (if outside Hobart) to update them.

  • How can I update my details to ensure I don’t miss out?
    Updating your details is easy! You can update by calling ANMF Reception on (03) 6223 6777 or 1800 001 241 (if outside Hobart) or visiting anmftas.org.au/members and selecting ‘update member details’.

  • What should I do if I don’t have internet access?
    If you don’t have access to internet at home or in the workplace we have a couple of solutions available so you don’t miss out. Did you know that as an ANMF member you have access to our onsite library? Located at the Hobart office, here you can use the computers and get assistance from our friendly librarian, Heather. Also, don’t forget your new ANMF card! You can present this at participating restaurants and cafes to get great discounts. To get a full list of venues read out over the phone or posted to you, please call ANMF Reception. You will also be receiving a voucher handbook in the post next month. This will contain a list of participating merchants alongside 42 hard copy discount offers.

  • How do I use my Woolworths and Coles vouchers?
    To access a great range of gift cards from Coles, Woolworths, BWS, JB Hi-Fi and many more simply head to the Member Benefits page at my.anmftas.org.au. Hit start now; enter your login information and head to the ‘shopping’ tab. If you are using a smartphone, you will need to change to ‘desktop mode’ to proceed.
    Select the retailer you are interested in and hit ‘purchase online’. From here you can select from a hard copy or eGift card (note postage costs and wait times are associated with hard copy cards). Select the value and quantity and follow the prompts. Once you receive the email or hard copy card you can print or display this at the participating retailer to redeem.
  • I am struggling to login, am I doing something wrong?
    Are you using the member name and number displayed in your welcome pack? If the answer is yes, please call Frequent Values on 1800 008 553 for assistance. If you didn’t receive a welcome pack or you have lost it, please contact ANMF Reception on (03) 6223 6777 or 1800 001 241 (if outside Hobart) or email enquiries@anmftas.org.au 

  • Who should I contact if I am still having issues?
