ANMF met with representatives from Japara on 19 October to progress negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement.

Japara has improved its conditions offer slightly but has said it will not change its wages offer. Japara intends to put the proposed agreement out to ballot in November whether ANMF members support the agreement or not.
