Update: Member Meeting

ANMF held a member meeting at Glenview recently for an Enterprise Agreement (EA) update, and to provide a toolbox education session on the EA process. At this meeting ANMF were updated about recent communication to staff from the CEO about ANMF and a petition from members to initiate an EA process.
ANMF wish to clarify the current situation. After the first meeting held on 18September ANMF met with management to state that staff had petitioned for an EA process to commence. Management requested a meeting with ANMF to discuss this, and in good faith ANMF agreed with Glenview Human Resources (HR) to contact us for an agreed time. This did not happen immediately, and after a couple of weeks, management arranged a meeting to be held on the 13November. ANMF had also organised another member meeting on 9October for an update. ANMF were contacted by members concerned that there would be nil attendance at the meeting on this day, as management had organised a large event which many staff would be attending and our meeting was rescheduled.
ANMF have been transparent about this process and as conveyed to management, our members simply want the EA process to commence to ensure the best working conditions for all staff at Glenview. ANMF will contact members shortly with regard to the petition.
