The ANMF have been consulting with members working at the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) ward 5A regarding their current workloads.

Members have resolved to raise a Step 2 Workload grievance due to prolonged sustained and unreasonable workloads.

The ANMF will be attending a Step 2 specialist panel meeting on 8 October to work with Tasmanian Health Service (THS) management towards a resolution to our members concerns.

The ANMF will conduct a report back meeting following this to take direction from members.
