The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF Tasmanian Branch) on behalf of members raised a step 2 workload grievance.

The grounds of the grievance are due to roster gaps, increased patient acuity, increased overtime and double shifts.

The ANMF will continue to attend the step 2 workload grievance specialist panel meetings to advocate for our members to ensure that safe staffing principles are upheld.
