Paediatric and Department of Psychiatry (DoP) nurses continue to share a patient that is being cared for in DoP.

Issues continue to be raised around the care of this patient and DoP nurses have raised the matter as a risk to Work Health and Safety.

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation are of the understanding that the Tasmanian Health Service (THS) will be holding a combined Paediatric/DoP meeting that will be taking place on 22 October and encourage all nursing staff involved in the care of this patient to attend.
