On 5 November ACSAG/Japara’s representative provided a final offer in negotiation for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).

ANMF will be meeting with members on Thursday 15 November at both Riverside and Sandhill to discuss further the details of this offer. ANMF will then provide a response to ACSAG/Japara by 21 November 2018.

The employer has indicated that they will be putting the final offer out for a vote on 3 December 2018.

At this stage ANMF has not given in principle support to the offer and will provide further advice to members via feedback meetings and a newsflash which will be circulated shortly.
