The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

Eskleigh Nurses
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s updated draft agreement.

Japara
The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss the employer’s new offer.

Medea Park Care Staff
The ANMF has recommenced bargaining with the employer and is awaiting a formal offer.

Toosey
The agreement was made when a majority of employees approved it at ballot.  The employer will now lodge it in the Fair Work Commission.
