ANMF conducted a member meeting in the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) Department of Psychiatry (DOP) on Tuesday 9 April. This meeting was largely to address issues of staffing shortages and associated workloads and overtime. ANMF were able to present both recent outcomes achieved by the DOP Working Party in bringing the DOP roster up to establishment, along with several ongoing strategies which all parties hope to see pay dividends soon.
