The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s updated draft agreement.

Japara
The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

Medea Park Care Staff
The ANMF has recommenced bargaining with the employer and is awaiting a formal offer.

Toosey
As the employer did not lodge the agreement in the Fair Work Commission within 14 days of the ballot as required by legislation, the employer will begin a new ballot process shortly.
