The first negotiation meeting for the Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation (TAC) enterprise agreement (EA) was held on 23 May 2019. Since this time, ANMF and Workplace Representative Emma Shanahan, have attended a further 3 meetings. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday 27 June 2019.  To date, negotiations have been productive and we hope to reach an agreement soon that sees improvements to the pay and conditions of the hard working staff at the TAC as they continue to deliver vital services and represent the political and community development aspirations of the Tasmanian Aboriginal community.
