Australian Red Cross Blood Service
The second bargaining meeting is scheduled for 17 October 2019.  The employer has not yet made an offer or responded to the ANMF’s log of claims.

Bolton Clark
Employees voted no to the employer’s proposed agreement.

Calvary Health Care Tasmania
ANMF members at St Vincents and Lenah Valley campuses have passed a resolution calling on the employer to meet with the ANMF no later than the week beginning 21 October 2019 and to provide a response to the ANMF’s log of claims at that meeting.  The ANMF is continuing to meet with members across the state to discuss options in response to delays in bargaining.

Diagnostic Services
The Fair Work Commission has approved the agreement.

Masonic Care Tasmania
The next bargaining meeting is scheduled for 15 October 2019.

May Shaw
The employer is reconsidering its wage offer given the underpayment claim raised by the ANMF.

Regional Imaging
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.

Respect Aged Care
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.

Southern Cross Care
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.

Uniting AgeWell
The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

Hobart Clinic
The ANMF has asked the employer to improve its wage offer.

Huon Regional Care
The ANMF has written to the employer rejecting the latest offer and indicating that it will apply for a protected action ballot.

Salvation Army Barrington Lodge
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s response to concerns raised by members.

South Eastern Community Care
The next meeting is scheduled for 3 October 2019.

Eskleigh Nurses
The employer is reviewing its offer following the change in management.

Medea Park
ANMF members have agreed to accept the employer’s wage offer.  The ANMF is continuing to discuss employment conditions with the employer.

Toosey
The agreement was made when a majority of employees approved it at ballot.

The Eye Hospital
The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss the employer’s latest offer.

Healthe Care North West Private Hospital
The agreement has been lodged in the Fair Work Commission for approval.

Melaleuca
The ANMF has asked the employer to improve its offer.
