Northern Coronary Care Unit (NCCU)
The ANMF met with members working in the Northern Coronary Care Unit (NCCU) on Wednesday 25 September 2019 to discuss the recent NCCU benchmarking. The benchmarking reflected a minimal decrease in FTE however the Tasmanian Health Service (THS) proposed to maintain the current FTE of 19.25. Members agreed to endorse the proposed NCCU benchmarking. As discussed with members the ANMF will inform the THS that members endorsed the benchmarking, which will then be signed off by the THS.

Ward 4N
The ANMF met with members working on Ward 4N on Tuesday 24 September. This meeting provided ANMF Organisers with the opportunity to report back to members following the response from the Tasmanian Health Service regarding escalation of the workload grievance. The ANMF request that members working on Ward 4D complete these forms on every shift when applicable.  We need the data to help improve your working conditions.
