Hobart Private Medical Ward

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF Tasmanian Branch) sent formal correspondence to management on 9 January 2020 addressing a number of workload concerns raised by members. The ANMF are currently waiting on a response from management. The ANMF will again consult with members following receipt of a response.

The District Nurses

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF Tasmanian Branch) held an afternoon tea and meeting on 21 January 2020. This was an opportunity for members to engage with the ANMF it was articulated as this meeting that members are currently working collaboratively with management toward resolving morale and workload issues. The ANMF will continue to collaborate and support members in advocating for their working conditions.

Midlands Multi-Purpose Centre

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF Tasmanian Branch) sent formal correspondence to Tasmanian Health Service management on behalf of members at the end of 2019. The ANMF wish to notify members that no formal response has been received to date, and when we are in receipt of such correspondence the ANMF will schedule a meeting with members to take further direction, meeting flyers to follow.
