The District Nurses

ANMF held a well-attended afternoon tea with members on 21 January 2020. ANMF Workplace Representative Christine McCracken is working closely with management in planning some collaborative staff meetings to address issues of morale and workload. The ANMF will be returning to the site in the coming weeks to commence preparation for the next Enterprise Agreement. Please keep an eye on your email for further details regarding this meeting.

St Helens Private Hospital – Hampden Ward

The ANMF would like to congratulate new Workplace Representative Judy Craker on her successful nomination to the position at the Hampden Ward at St Helens Private Hospital. The ANMF will now work with members to prepare for the Enterprise Agreement process.

Hobart Private – Medical Ward

Members working on the Hobart Private Medical Ward have seen some progress with matters of workloads and conditions since the commencement of a NUM last week. Now that the DON has returned from holiday a more formal response and forthcoming meeting are to be expected.

Hobart Day Surgery

Following a meeting in December 2049, in which members requested some extra items in their Log of Claims and an increased wage offer of 5%, the ANMF have formalised a revised Log for members to peruse and endorse. A meeting was held on Tuesday 4 February 2020 for this purpose and outcomes will be communicated with members working at Hobart Day Surgery via email.
