Announcement from ANMF/HERC:  cancellations of events and CPD sessions due to COVID-19 public health and safety measures.

 Important changes to ANMF/HERC CPD and conferences

Given the developing COVID-19 pandemic locally and internationally and the call for social distancing from the World Health Organisation and Australian Government, the ANMF and HERC have made the decision to cancel Continuing Professional Development sessions that were to be held during March through to May. This includes the ANMF/HERC Aged Care Conference, which will be rescheduled. At this stage, events scheduled for after May will continue as planned unless otherwise indicated

All affected ANMF/HERC events are listed below, those who have registered for the listed CPD sessions will be contacted via email with full refunds offered.

The ANMF/HERC Aged Care Conference will be rescheduled for later in 2020, more details regarding this change will be sent to those who have registered via email soon. Please do not request refunds for this event until new details have been sent. If you are unable to attend on the new date, refunds will be processed.

Affected events:

  • Venous Acess and Cannulation (Launceston – 18 March 2020)
  • CPR & Anaphylaxis Management (Launceston – Thursday 9 April 2020 & Hobart – Thursday 16 April 2020)
  • Aged Care Conference (Hobart – 29 April 2020 *RESCHEDULED – MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW*)
