Southern Cross Care and Mary’s Grange

Members voted to accept the offer of the employer for an administrative pay rise.  We have been advised that the 1% increase to your pay rate will occur (for SCC employees) next pay and for Mary’s Grange the following week. The backpay calculations will be undertaken separately and hopefully paid by mid-June.

Members have raised workload concerns which include a failure to fill vacant shifts. Formal notification from the ANMF on behalf of members has been sent to management. Once a response has been received, the ANMF will consult with members to review the document and seek further direction moving forward.
