COVID-19 Survey

By participating in this important survey, you will help to provide a snapshot of the workplace culture and climate for nurses, midwives, and care workers in Australia.

The survey gives you the opportunity to tell us how you and your colleagues are being impacted by the availability of workplace information and education, provision of protective equipment, training, and other changes that have occurred as a direct result of the pandemic.

As Australia continues to deal with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, this survey is an opportunity for nurses, midwives, and care workers to provide feedback on the implications for their professional practice and occupational well-being.

“The results from the survey will arm us with a heightened level of preparedness to ensure the health system has the appropriate support and resources for the emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing of the workforce during a pandemic,” Professor Eckert said.

Your voice is vital in helping us to advocate for improvements that lead to better wellbeing, job satisfaction, and quality of care.
