Enterprise Agreement Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary
The ANMF received correspondence from Calvary representatives advising that bargaining will take place on 4 September 2020. The ANMF have invited Workplace Reps and interested members to attend a briefing meeting on 3 September 2020 at the ANMF Hobart Office, with a bargaining meeting to be held at the ANMF Hobart Office by Video link on 4 September 2020. Members have maintained a strong position that the number one issue they want addressed via the bargaining process is workloads.
Lifeblood
The ANMF note that the finalised Lifeblood Enterprise Agreement has been approved by Fair Work. ANMF will contact members about a meeting soon.
Regis
The Log of Claims has been endorsed and will be forwarded to the employer for consideration and it is hoped that negotiations will commence shortly.
Family Planning Tasmania
The employer has agreed to pass on an administrative pay increase with bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement to commence next year.
Masonic Care Tasmania
The employer has determined to pass on the Fair Work increase and will recommence bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement next year.
Hobart District Nursing Service
ANMF members have approved the Log of Claims and which will now be presented to Hobart District Nursing Service management for consideration and response
Hobart Private
ANMF officials are currently in discussion with Healthscope representatives and it is anticipated that negotiations will start shortly.
Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF have contacted the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bargaining Agent) to enquire on progress with review of the draft Enterprise Agreement document. The ANMF will notify members once we receive the finalised document.
Freemasons Lindisfarne
The ANMF have contacted Masonic Care Tasmania regarding our Enterprise Agreement proposal and will be in touch with members as soon as we have a reply.
South Eastern Community Care
The ANMF met with members on 13 August 2020, to update members on progress with the Enterprise Agreement. We are awaiting the final draft Agreement and have asked Quartz Consulting to progress the matter, so that ballot arrangements can be made.
Christian Homes, Snug and Hawthorn Village, Blackmans Bay, and QV Care, Lindisfarne
The ANMF will visit these facilities with a new Enterprise Agreement offer on 2 September 2020.
Tandara Lodge
The Enterprise Agreement, which was voted up by members, has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval.
