EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
ANMF members strongly rejected the employer’s latest offer in member meetings and in the ANMF member survey. The ANMF has again asked the employer to improve workload provisions in the proposed Enterprise Agreement. The employer has delayed the ballot process while it considers its position.
May Shaw
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims to the employer.
One Care
ANMF members have rejected the employer’s offer and instructed the ANMF to make a counteroffer.
Respect
The Enterprise Agreement has been lodged in the Fair Work Commission for approval.
Southern Cross Care
The employer intends to bargain for separate nursing and general staff Agreements and is preparing draft Agreements for the ANMF to consider.
Healthscope
ANMF members are very disappointed in the employer’s position on wage increases and workloads and have instructed the ANMF to apply for a protected action ballot.
Hobart Day Surgery
The Enterprise Agreement has been lodged in the Fair Work Commission for approval.
Hobart District Nursing Service
The new Agreement was made when a majority of eligible voters approved it at ballot. The employer will now lodged the Agreement in the Fair Work Commission for approval.
South Eastern Community Care
The ANMF are awaiting a response from the employer.
Eskleigh Nurses
The Enterprise Agreement has been lodged in the Fair Work Commission for approval.
Medea Park
The ANMF has asked the employer to amend the draft agreement so that the wage increase is back paid to 1 July 2020.
Toosey
The employer is drafting a revised Enterprise Agreement and will provide the draft to the ANMF for review in the next week.
Meercroft
The employer is preparing a draft Enterprise Agreement.
Melaleuca
ANMF members have resolved to vote no to the employer’s proposed Agreement.
