Overpayments at Regis Legana facility

In September 2020, the ANMF received correspondence from Regis Legana, outlining that they would be pursuing overpayments made with regards to staff who were mistakenly paid Public Holiday Penalties for Launceston Cup Public Holiday on 26 February 2020, as well as the staff who were mistakenly paid higher laundry allowance than they were entitled to receive in the pay run period ending 12 July 2020. Additionally, a series of underpayments were made with regards to staff not receiving annual leave loading on additional weekend Leave. Letters have been sent out to affected staff as a result of this.

We encourage any member who may have questions about this matter to contact our Member Support Team to discuss options.

Updates correct as at 11 November 2020.
