Operating Room Suite

On 22 March, the ANMF met with Operating Room Suite (ORS) Workplace Representatives to discuss the Tasmanian Health Service response to the Step 1 Grievance. Workplace Representatives have expressed a preference to recirculate the 2020 workload survey, develop a shift-by-shift survey whereby members can document daily workload concerns as they arise, and reconvene a meeting with members to consider progressing the matter to a Step 2 Grievance. In the interim the ANMF will schedule a meeting with Tasmanian Health Service to discuss their Step 1 Grievance response and negotiate a way forward to resolve the workload concerns.
