Emergency Department Benchmarking

The ANMF, Tasmanian Health Service (THS) management and Emergency Department (ED) nurses attended the first benchmarking meeting on Tuesday 1 June 2021. The ANMF are pleased to report that a productive meeting was held with a willingness by all parties to review data and constructively consider options to best address the workload in ED. Operating Theatres

The ANMF has raised a Step 1 Grievance on behalf of members in the Operating Suite. Members will be kept informed of progress with further member meetings held to seek direction. Please click here to view the latest update.

Surgical Ward – Step 1 Grievance

The ANMF officials met with THS management om 7 June 2021 to review data for the Surgical Ward benchmarking.  A response to the Step 1 Grievance letter has also been received, members will receive a meeting invite in coming days. Keep an eye out in your inbox for updates.
