Hobart Private and St Helen’s Private Hospitals

The ANMF has notified the Healthscope negotiating team that from the recent ANMF survey, 80% of members participated directed the ANMF to offer support for the agreement to go to ballot. We have requested that Healthscope prepare the ballot early in the New Year so that the proposed pay rises and backpay can be passed on to members.  The ANMF is unable to visit onsite due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. The ANMF has written to management regarding the preparedness Healthscope has for the current Omicron variant of COVID-19. This would include details of the outbreak management plan they have in place to keep staff and patients safe, and the plan for staff should they need to be tested and isolate.
