The ANMF has notified the Healthscope negotiating team that from the recent ANMF survey, 80% of members participated directed the ANMF to offer support for the agreement to go to ballot. The ANMF has written to management regarding the preparedness Healthscope has for the current Omicron variant of COVID-19. This would include details of the outbreak management plan they have in place to keep staff and patients safe, and the plan for staff should they need to be tested and isolate.
