ANMF Newsflash: Healthscope

The ANMF are still waiting for a response from Healthscope regarding a plan to put the Enterprise Agreement out to ballot. 80% of members participating in the online survey directed the ANMF to offer support of voting for the agreement. The ANMF requested that Healthscope prepare the ballot early for the New Year so that the proposed pay rises, and backpay, can be passed on to members.  The ANMF will contact members with details of the ballot, and the changes in the new draft agreement as soon as Healthscope make the details available.

The ANMF is aware members are working in difficult circumstances made more apparent by the Omicron COVID -19 variant and thank members for all their hard work.  Members are reminded to contact the ANMF with any work-related issues and that they can also access Nurses and Midwives support by calling 1800 667 877 (this is a free service available 24/7) as well as your hospital’s EAP.
