Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

Changes to leadership at SCCT

The ANMF encourages members to feedback issues related to absence or instability of leadership in SCCT sites, and members are encouraged to look after themselves and their colleagues in these unreasonable situations. Please use internal SCCT reporting systems if you can, to highlight the impact on your workload and morale.

Enterprise Agreement (EA)

The ANMF has conducted follow up meetings with members at all SCCT sites. We are considering the next steps in relation to the EA negotiations.

Changes to Servery and Catering

The ANMF is still receiving feedback from members about the impact of this change on their workloads. We ask members to continue sending us details of their concerns, difficulties with care and negative impacts on residents.

Rosary Gardens

The ANMF met with members on Monday 7 February 2022 and welcomes the imminent commencement of the FIFTH Facility Manger in 2 years.

Guilford Young Grove

The ANMF met with members on Monday 7 February 2022.

Rivulet

The ANMF met with members on Tuesday 15 February 2022.

Fairway Rise

The ANMF met with members Wednesday 8 February 2022.

Sandown Apartments

The ANMF met with members on Monday 7 February 2022.

Ainslie Low Head and Mount Esk

The ANMF was delighted to visit members at Ainslie Low Head and Mount Esk regarding the Protected Action Ballot for the Enterprise Agreement.

Calvary Home Care – Previously Japara (Enterprise Agreement)

The ANMF has been meeting with members for endorsement of the Log of Claims (LoC) for the upcoming Enterprise Agreement (EA).

Masonic Care Tasmania (MCT)

The ANMF has been made aware that across some areas at MCT, the public holiday allowance has not been paid for Christmas Day – Saturday 25 December 2021. If you believe you have not been paid correctly, please contact payroll in the first instance, if the matter is not resolved at this level please contact and supply our Member Support Team vie email at membersupport@anmftas.org.au with your payslip for the relevant period.
