Acute Care Team (ACT)/ Continuing Care Team (CCT): Reform Project

The ANMF has received communication from members involved in the March 21 activation of the Acute Care Team (ACT) and its ensuing effect on the Continuing Care Team (CCT) regarding ongoing clinical/logistical concerns associated with the changes. The ANMF has raised these concerns with local and senior management and will continue to collate feedback for likely escalation. It is hoped that members concerns might be addressed/resolved prior to any actioning of the proposed changes (i.e., alteration to CCT hours of operation). Any additional information/feedback from members is welcomed via our Member Support Team at membersupport@anmftas.org.au

SMHS, having given their in-principle agreement to the basic terms of how 12-hour shifts should be rostered, have pledged to deliver a draft version of the document by COB Friday 18 February 2022 for review and urgent progression.
