Emergency Department (ED)
The ANMF has been made aware of the recent changes to rostering in the Emergency Department due in part to the inability to access agency nurses. The ANMF wants to ensure that you have full support to get the resources that you need to safely staff. We will meet with ED members at the NWRH mass member meeting on Friday 13 May 2022 at 1430hrs. Rosebery Community Health Centre (RCHC)
Step 2 Grievance
The ANMF formally advised Tasmanian Health Service (THS) management on Wednesday 4 May 2022 of the Step 2 Grievance and requested a specialist panel be convened to address the workload concerns. Members will be kept informed of the process via email and member meetings.
Spencer Clinic
The ANMF attended the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) in Burnie on Wednesday 4 May 2022 on behalf of members working in the Mental Health Inpatient Unit Spencer Clinic. The outcomes agreed at the conference between the ANMF and THS are in the newsflash, click here to read.
