EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF has been advised that Calvary is currently in the process of obtaining internal approvals before they can commence bargaining. The ANMF has written to management asking for a date to for bargaining to commence, we have asked for a response date by close of business 9 November 2022. The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss options to progress bargaining.
Calvary Home Care
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s draft agreement.
Masonic Care Tasmania (MCT)
Respect will manage MCT facilities from 1 November 2022. The ANMF will negotiate with Respect for a new Enterprise Agreement to cover all Respect employees, including those currently working at MCT facilities.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF is awaiting details of the employer’s proposed new classification structure.
May Shaw General Staff
The ANMF is awaiting details of the employer’s proposed new classification structure.
OneCare General Staff
The employer has lodged the agreement in the Fair Work Commission for approval.
Regis
The employer intends to put its agreement out to ballot without the ANMF’s approval. The ANMF is awaiting the ballot version of the proposed agreement.
Respect
The ANMF is preparing a Log of Claims for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Uniting AgeWell
The ANMF will meet with the employer to continue the bargaining process on 11 November 2022.
South Eastern Community Care
The ANMF can advise members that Enterprise Agreement meetings have started, and all parties are keen to conduct a timely bargaining this time. The ANMF is currently waiting on a wage offer from the employer and will advise members accordingly once this has been received.
Southern Cross Care Tasmania
The recent ballot resulted in the Enterprise Agreement offer being approved by staff. It has now been sent to Fair Work Commission for approval.
Mary Ogilvy Home for the Aged
The ANMF is in further discussion with Mary Ogilvy management regarding the commencement of bargaining for new Enterprise Agreement. The ANMF will advise of the outcome via a newsflash update as soon as possible.
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Eskleigh
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Japara
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims to the employer.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a Log of Claims for a replacement Enterprise Agreement.
Melaleuca
The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss the employer’s revised offer.
