EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF has been notified by Calvary of their intent to commence bargaining. The first bargaining meeting will be held in late January 2023. Reps are encouraged to attend these negotiation meetings. Southern Cross Care Tasmania
The new Enterprise Agreement became live on Friday 2 December 2022. Make sure you have received the 3% wage increase and your back pay.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF has visited sites and consulted regarding your Log of Claims for the upcoming Enterprise Agreement. Members have approved it and bargaining should start soon. Keep an eye out for updates.
Uniting AgeWell
The Uniting AgeWell (UAW) Enterprise Agreement vote resulted in 54% of staff voting NO. The ANMF is seeking an improved offer, hopefully with a meal break for everyone. Keep an eye out for a newsflash communication with updates.

The new agreement was made when a majority of employees approved it at ballot.

The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised classification structure proposal.

Regis Aged Care
The ballot to approve (or not) the draft agreement will close at 3pm on Thursday 22 December 2022. The ANMF is encouraging members to VOTE NO as many conditions are less favourable.
Mary Ogilvy
Enterprise Agreement bargaining has been pushed back to March 2023, by Mary Ogilvy management.
South Eastern Community Care
Enterprise Agreement meetings have progressed and the ANMF has tabled a counter offer and conditions as directed. Keep an eye out for updates, you will be notified as soon as we hear from the employer.
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Eskleigh
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Calvary Japara
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement.
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The ANMF has asked the employer for a further meeting to discuss member concerns.
