The long-anticipated replacement Nurses and Midwives [Tasmanian State Service] Agreement 2023 and Award amendments have been successfully drafted and are set to be registered with the Tasmanian Industrial Commission on Thursday 30 November 2023.

The ANMF is pleased to reach this milestone for members, as it paves the way for critical work ahead. We will now focus on consolidating the agreement and award, addressing policy matters, and tackling workload concerns such as the right to disconnect and ratios.
