EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF has been notified by Calvary of the first date for the Enterprise Agreement (EA) meeting on Friday 3 February 2023 at 1000hrs. The ANMF will be at the negotiation table to present the member Log of Claims (LoC). ANMF Workplace Representatives are encouraged to attend these meetings.
Southern Cross Care Tasmania
The new EA became live on Friday 2 December 2022. Make sure you have received the 3% wage increase and your back pay.
Calvary Home Care
The new EA was made when a majority of employees approved it at ballot.
May Shaw Nurses and General Staff Agreements
The ANMF has raised concerns with the employer’s revised classification structure proposal and is awaiting the employer’s response.
Regis Aged Care
Employees voted no to the employer’s proposed agreement. The ANMF has asked the employer to restart the bargaining process.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement EA.
Uniting AgeWell
Employees voted no to the employers proposed agreement. The ANMF has asked the employer to restart the bargaining process.
Mary Ogilvy Home for the Aged
Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining has been pushed back to March 2023 by Mary Ogilvy management.
South Eastern Community Care
The ANMF is still waiting for a response from South Eastern Community Care to our counter offer.
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Calvary Riverside (Japara)
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Melaleuca
The next bargaining meeting will be held on Tuesday 7 March 2023.
