North West Regional Hospital (NWRH) Spencer Clinic Workload Grievance

The ANMF, on behalf of members, continue to meet with Statewide Mental Health Service (SMHS) management to monitor the progress and pursue outcomes for the Step 3 Workload Grievance. The current safe staffing matrix and capped patient numbers will remain whilst benchmarking occurs. Data collection commenced in January and members have identified some discrepancies which the ANMF raised at the ongoing Workload Consultation meeting with Spencer Clinic management. Members are encouraged to participate in data collection and raise concerns with management or with ANMF North West Organiser, Annette Beechey via email Annette.Beechey@anmftas.org.au.
