EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss the employer’s updated offer before the next bargaining meeting, to be held on Tuesday 16 May 2023.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Thursday 11 May 2023, to continue the bargaining process.
May Shaw General Staff
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Thursday 11 May 2023, to continue the bargaining process.
Regis Aged Care
The ANMF met with the employer on Monday 1 May 2023. The employer said that it would not put forward a new offer until it has received details from the Government about how the work value increase will be funded. The next bargaining meeting will be held on Tuesday 23 May 2023.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Uniting AgeWell
The agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC).
Australian Red Cross Lifeblood
The ANMF is currently waiting for Lifeblood to commit to a date to commence bargaining. Members will be notified when a date is confirmed.
Corumbene Nursing Home
The ANMF met with Corumbene management on Tuesday 2 May 2023, where the employer’s response to the nurse’s agreement Log of Claims (LoC) was provided. Corumbene is unable to provide a response on wages or other financial matters due to the continuing uncertainty around the aged care work value decision to award an interim increase. There will be a further meeting in two weeks.
Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF is amending the draft LoC post feedback received from members.
Aged Care Deloraine
ANMF members have updated their Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Calvary Aged Care
The next meeting will be held today, Thursday 4 May 2023.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Melaleuca Home of the Aged
The next bargaining meeting will be held on 20 June 2023.
