Bolton Clarke
The ANMF has been made aware that Bolton Clarke has moved away from a proposed national agreement and have commenced negotiating with the Victorian ANMF. Following discussions with the Human Resources (HR) manager, it appears there is no current appetite from Bolton Clarke to include Tasmanian employees in that Agreement, as was an initial point of discussion some years back, however they do confirm that wage rates have been uplifted by way of an administrative increase.
