EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Regis
The employer postponed the bargaining meeting scheduled for 23 May 2023.
Respect
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
May Shaw Health Centre
Negotiations are now complete. The ANMF has met with members at all sites to discuss the offer in its entirety. The ANMF notes that members have endorsed the offer. The access period is currently underway before the ballot period opens on 14 August 2023 at 0900hrs. The ANMF encourages all members to vote in the ballot and have their say. Lifeblood
A member meeting was held on Wednesday 9 August 2023 regarding the latest EA negotiations. See the latest update here. The ANMF is concerned about the employers’ position and is meeting with members to explore potential solutions.
Corumbene
The ANMF is still awaiting confirmation of a date and time for the next meeting. The employer has indicated that they will be able to provide a response to the Log of Claims (LoC) lodged by nurses and care staff.
Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF met with members at Hobart Day Surgery on Tuesday 8 August 2023 at 1215hrs to provide an EA update. Despite our nursing members endorsing the ANMF Log of Claims (LoC) in June, and this being sent to the employer, the employer bargaining representative has advised that HACSU are yet to provide their members’ LoC. The ANMF appreciates our members’ patience and will continue to provide updates as they arise.
I-MED
A further online Teams meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 22 August, 2023.
Aged Care Deloraine
ANMF members have updated their Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Calvary Aged Care
The ANMF met with the employer on Wednesday 5 July 2023 to continue the bargaining process. The employer has not yet made a wage offer.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The ANMF has provided member feedback to the employer.
