EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
Calvary’s lead negotiator has informed the ANMF that the proposed Calvary Health Care Tasmania Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2022 has been voted up by a majority of Calvary employees. Calvary will now begin the process to lodge the new Agreement with the Fair Work Commission (FWC). Although the ANMF did not endorse the Agreement before it went out to ballot, the ANMF recognises that there were a majority of nurses who were in favour of the agreement.
Family Planning Tasmania
The scheduled meeting that was to be held on Wednesday 6 December 2023 to discuss the wage offer was cancelled. This has now been rescheduled to occur on Wednesday 13 December 2023. Once the wage offer has been presented the ANMF will be in touch with members to ask for their feedback.
Lifeblood
Lifeblood employees have voted up the Enterprise Agreement (EA) after it was put out to ballot. This will now be a National Agreement covering all employees. Lifeblood will be lodging the agreement with the FWC and members will be updated when this has occurred.
Regis Aged Care
The ballot will open on Thursday 21 December 2023 and will close on Friday 22 December 2023.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to re-endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement EA.
Hobart Day Surgery
There has been a delay in the EA with all parties unable to obtain a convenient date to continue negotiating. The ANMF will keep members updated on the progress once a date has been scheduled.
The Hobart Clinic
The ballot will open and close on Thursday 21 December 2023.
Calvary Aged Care
Calvary employees have voted yes to the replacement EA, this will now be lodged with the FWC.
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF will meet with the employer to continue the bargaining process on Friday 16 February 2024.
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF has asked the employer to restart the bargaining process.
Baptcare Karingal
ANMF officials, on behalf of members, will participate in the EA meetings commencing on Thursday 14 December 2023. The ANMF is committed to ensuring that members’ industrial entitlements are upheld. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates.
Tandara Lodge
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Monday 18 December 2023 to continue the bargaining process.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement EA.
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The employer is finalising the proposed agreement for ballot.
