EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Regis Aged Care
Regis invited the ANMF to an “off the record” meeting in an attempt to come to an agreement on a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA). While Regis listened to our concerns that the wage offer was well below member expectations, Regis did not give any indication of where they stand. It is hoped that when the ANMF meets again with Regis a competitive wage offer will be tabled for members to consider.
