EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Family Planning Tasmania
Following the positive approval from employees, Family Planning Tasmania has moved to have the new agreement registered with the Fair Work Commission. Entitlements and the wage offer will become “live” seven (7) days after the registration is successful. Once this has occurred the ANMF will inform members by an Enterprise Agreement (EA) update, members can also peruse the new agreement (once registered) on the ANMF website.
Tas IVF/Hobart Specialist Day Hospital
The first EA meeting was held on Tuesday 16 April 2024 with meetings scheduled to be held fortnightly. The ANMF is compiling the Log of Claims (LoC) on behalf of members to present at the next meeting scheduled on Tuesday 30 April 2024. The ANMF will be visiting the workplace to talk to members over the next week.
Salvation Army Barrington Lodge
The next EA meeting will be held on Monday 22 April 2024. See the latest update here. Members are encouraged to send any feedback regarding the negotiations to Southern Organiser Jane Pond via email Jane.Pond@anmftas.org.au.

Negotiations for a replacement EA have occurred with a draft offer presented to the ANMF. The ANMF raised some concerns over the wage offer and have asked Aged Care Deloraine to provide further clarity. Once an offer is received the ANMF will provide the details to members via an EA update.
Calvary Home Care
Negotiations have recommenced for a new EA. As this will be a national agreement the ANMF Tasmanian Branch will be negotiating alongside other ANMF Branches for a singular agreement. Workplace representatives and interested parties are invited to join the negotiations which will be held in paid time. The next scheduled meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2024.
Meercroft Aged Care
The ANMF met with members to have the LoC endorsed and subsequently forwarded it to your employer. The next EA bargaining meeting will be early May 2024 following which members will be updated via an EA update. Further updates to follow.
