The ANMF Considers Grievance at LGH Emergency Department (ED)

Concerns escalate at the LGH Emergency Department (ED) as the ANMF contemplates filing a Step 1 Grievance. The move responds to management’s decision to expand ED capacity due to the AT offload protocol without commensurate increase in nursing staff. The ANMF emphasises the critical need for staffing to meet rising demand while ensuring staff and patient safety.
