EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Regis Aged Care
Following a successful ballot Regis proceeded to register the replacement industrial instrument with Fair Work. To date no outcome has been provided by Regis. Once the ANMF has the notification from Fair Work the new agreement will be located on our website.
Respect Aged Care
Negotiations continue for a replacement industrial instrument. At the last meeting, Respect has offered the following conditions improvements:
- A night shift penalty rate of 17.5%. This represents an improvement at those facilities where the night shift penalty rate is currently only 15%.
- Increasing the family and domestic violence leave entitlement to 20 days paid leave.
- Inclusion of a jacket/vest/cardigan in the uniforms.
The ANMF will continue to push for a strong outcome for all members in further negotiation meetings.
