OneCare Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement

A majority of staff have voted Yes to the OneCare Ltd Nursing Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023. OneCare has advised the ANMF that 78% of votes cast voted Yes to the new agreement. OneCare will now lodge the agreement with the Fair Work Commission for approval. View the latest update.

OneCare General Staff Enterprise Agreement – Ballot Results

A majority of staff have voted Yes to the OneCare Ltd General Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023. OneCare has advised the ANMF that 87% of votes cast voted Yes to the new agreement. OneCare will now lodge the agreement with the Fair Work Commission for approval. Uniting AgeWell Enterprise Agreement

The ANMF has sent members’ endorsed Log of Claims to the employers’ bargaining representative.  An initial response to the LoC is expected by Wednesday 27 November 2024. All parties involved in the bargaining process will meet again in early December 2024. The ANMF will provide members with regular updates throughout the negotiation process.
