Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation

A majority of employees approved the Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement.

  • 207 ballot papers were circulated of which 125 were returned and counted. This is a 60.40% return rate.
  • Of the 125 returned, none were invalid. Of the valid votes, 89.60% approved the agreement.

Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation (TAC) will now lodge the agreement with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) within 14 days. Given the agreement was drafted in a last minute rush by management, its possible issues will emerge at the FWC approval stage that TAC will need to address.

Updates are correct as of 12 December 2024.
