Medea Park
At the last bargaining meeting the ANMF pressed that a clinical handover is vital to provide the best care to residents, and for nurses the requirement to provide, and receive, a clinical handover is also a requirement to meet professional standards expected from nurses. The ANMF also pressed that Medea Park should have passed on the wage increase following the determination from the Fair Work Value Case (FWVC). The ANMF has requested Medea Park review the wage offer to nurses to take this increase into account before moving to draft the new agreement. Once ANMF have received the draft we will review the offer and provide an overall summary to members prior to voting.
Aged Care Deloraine
