Negotiation meetings have been held every fortnight at this stage, with the ANMF presenting your Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer on Wednesday 3 September 2025. This gave the ANMF an opportunity to speak about why your claims were important to retain such a skilled workforce. The ANMF will keep members up to date with the negotiations via newsflashes after each meeting.  Â
