Member Support Officer

We are seeking a Member Support Officer to join our Hobart team! This is a really rewarding role where you’ll work closely with our members – listening, supporting and advocating for them across a range of professional and workplace matters. At the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Tasmanian Branch, we’re looking for a Full-Time Member Support Officer to join our Hobart team, with an immediate start.

This is a really rewarding role where you’ll work closely with our members – listening, supporting and advocating for them across a range of professional and workplace matters. It’s an opportunity to make a genuine difference and be part of something bigger.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a qualified Nurse or Midwife
Has (or can quickly build) a solid understanding of relevant legislation
Communicates with confidence, empathy and clarity
Enjoys problem-solving and supporting people through complex situations
Shares our commitment to union values and member advocacy
